The concept of Zuckerello's Italian Restaurant began in November of 1989 in the mind of Adam Zucker. His desire was to operate a neighborhood restaurant and bar. It was important to him that Zuckerello's be a place where locals could come and dine in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. After 12 years, in 2001, Eli Biton joined Adam in this endeavor and pursued the same envision for the concept of Zuckerello's Italian Restaurant.
