Havssk\u00f6ldpaddor, en marin reptil, \u00e4r en av planetens \u00e4ldsta varelser, efter att ha funnits sedan tiden d\u00e5 dinosaurier str\u00f6vade omkring \u2013 f\u00f6r \u00f6ver 110 miljoner \u00e5r sedan. Idag lever sju olika arter av havssk\u00f6ldpaddor \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden med varje art klassad som antingen hotad eller hotad.
