Born and raised in Miami, chef Giorgio Rapicavoli has dedicated his career to infusing his Argentine and Italian heritage into the city’s rich culinary culture. He is the first-ever Miami contestant to win Food Network’s “Chopped” resulting in the opening of Eating House’s pop-up restaurant and soon after, as a standalone restaurant to widespread critical acclaim. In 2021, he opened Luca Osteria, a favorite on Giralda Avenue’s ‘Restaurant Row’ in Coral Gables.
