De Novo Deli is a breakfast and lunch concept geared towards providing working professionals in East Boca a delicious, non processed and affordable weekday meal option. In order to achieve this goal we lean on Chef Austin Radosta’s decade of experience from all over the food world of the East Coast, working in Michelin Star kitchens in New York and Miami, with stints at bakeries, butcher shops, and even the Shake Shack test kitchen. Additionally, Austin has extensive experience farming and private cooking in Upstate New York, helping to guide his ingredient sourcing and ability to work with raw produce and proteins.
The Menu at De Novo changes frequently, with most dishes only staying for two weeks at a time, this allows us to keep our menu small and fresh, giving us the time to make each ingredient from scratch, but also providing variety to a regular customer as we rotate through delicious offerings. While Deli is in the name, De Novo isn’t your classic delicatessen, we bake all our bread for each sandwich, often baking daily, and make all the salad dressings in house, allowing us to nail classic recipes but also invent new takes on fresh combinations. The menu generally features 3 sandwiches, 3 salads, a soup of the week, a special, and the humble burger.
